| Hello, fellow Vendor! We are excited that you will be able to join us for our 5th annual Renaissance Festival. I look forward to seeing some of you again and some of you for the first time. Hopefully, these reminders will be of help. Please contact me if you have any more questions. The Market Square times: Friday, April 25th ~ 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26th ~ 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Kindly Reminders: Confirmation: Please e-mail or phone to confirm ASAP (we're down to the wire!). Contact Info: Carrol-Lee Norris at 931-235-4113 or wcmsrenfest@yahoo.com Craft Booth Fee - $25.00 for both Friday and/or Saturday in the Marketplace Food Vendor Fee - $10.00 plus 10% of profits (Please respect the honor system.) Payment: Payment of booth fee is due ASAP, payable to WCMS Renaissance. Attendance: On Friday, the entire student body (about 900) will visit the Market Square that afternoon. On Saturday, the festival averages about 500 to 700 people (this does not include adult and student performers/workers.) Costumes: Wearing a Medieval or Renaissance costume is not mandatory but would be greatly appreciated, as it adds to the audience of the festival. Besides, it’s a lot of fun, too! What to Bring: Please provide your own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, and money bag/change, etc. Help will be available for transporting items to your location. Set-up times-- 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the night before your arrival. For example, if you are attending on Friday, set up on Thursday afternoon at 4:30. Just Saturday? Set up on Friday evening between 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Security guards will be available both Thursday and Friday nights. Arrival Times -- Friday (25th) - 10:30 a.m. - Enter at front door; escorts available to assist you. Saturday (26th) 8:30 a.m. - Check-in at Will- Call table at Entrance. Gates open to public at 9:30 a.m. Events start at 10:00 a.m. Location: This is an outdoor event. In case of inclement weather, the festival will be moved inside the school.
