The 2009 Renaissance Festival and Craft Faire May 8, 2009 This year our Renaissance Festival will be held on Friday, May 8. The students will have a Renaissance Day as usual, in which many artisans and historians will be available to educate and entertain on the Renaissance period. In the evening we open to the public with public performances of our Human Chess Match featuring Robin Hood, a skit (written by us this year!) featuring a joust, and Two Left Feet will be performing French Bransles and English Country Dances. There will be a craft fair, as well, with a variety of booths to visit. If you are a vendor please see the link at left for the vendor information page. We are helping AARF this year "All About Rescue and Fixin'" an animal rescue organization. We ask that you consider bringing any of the following to the gate as a donation: blankets pet carriers leashes collars brushes bowls toys litter boxes cat litter Purina or Pedigree cat/dog food any other items that would be useful |
